I own two different types of grain mills, one that operates by hand and the wondermill. The one you have pictured above. The hand operated one is rarely used. I keep it in the event power goes out etc.

The wondermill is awesome! It costs a little over $200, but well worth it. We have big buckets of whole wheat grain, stored in a cool, dry location, and when we are ready to use recipe that requires whole wheat, we pull it out and the wondermill and start grinding.
